Hanan Lis is an established businessman and entrepreneur, with a diverse portfolio ranging from real estate ventures in North America to a manufacturing and software company that specializes in marketing solutions for international brands. Hanan is also active in Jewish and general philanthropy, having served in a number of positions: A member of the executive committee of The Joint, a member of the Board of Directors of the Detroit Federation, past president of the JCC in the Detroit area, past chair of the American public television station in Michigan (PBS), and chair of a “Forgotten Harvest,” a leading organization for recycling food and providing food for hundreds of thousands of people in need. Having spent nearly forty years in Detroit, Hanan and his wife raised their four children there, instilling in them a strong Zionist ethos. Today Hanan and his wife and three of their four children live in Israel.
