An organizational consultant by training, Shoshana serves as Kolot’s Chief Operating Officer. She received her BA in Political Science and the History of the Jewish People, and her MA in Non-profit Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her professional experience includes, amongst other things, leading social change and community processes in the NGO sector and employment development. Shoshana lives in Kibbutz Saad near the Gaza Strip, and is married and mother of four.
