Dotan is a seasoned facilitator at the Midrasha of Oranim, in addition to other groups, specializing in Jewish identity and gender. A graduate of the Hartman-HaMidrasha Israeli Rabbinate program, Dotan has an MA in Jewish Thought and Midrash. She also leads lifecycle ceremonies in an egalitarian Jewish spirit. Dotan lives with her two children in Kibbutz Shaar HaAmakim
