Formerly the mayor of the municipality of Kadima-Zoran, Mass is a mediator specializing in municipal and business disputes. Mass has extensive experience in the public and private sectors and served as the Chief of Staff in the Ministry of Justice. With a BA in Business Administration from the College of Management Studies and an MA in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University, Mass is also a graduate of Kolot’s Heads of Local Government Program. Mass, a Major (Res.), serves as Deputy Commander of the Dan District Population Center of the Home Front Command.
