In his capacity as the CEO of Kolot, Shlomo combines the two areas in which he has garnered vast experience over the past 25 years: local government leadership and Jewish identity. His doctorate explored leadership development with an emphasis on models from the area of sports. Prior to his work in Kolot, he owned a strategy and organizational development consultant firm. Since 1998, he has been active in the area of Jewish communal development, both in a volunteer capacity and also as a JAFI emissary in Minneapolis. Shlomo is married with three children and lives in the village of Ramat Yishai in northern Israel.
